摘要
建立了W火焰锅炉炉膛动态数学模型,模型中对碳的反应速度计算式进行了修正。考虑了烟气质量和能量的动态特性及炉膛压力对反应速度的影响。仿真试验表明,模型正确反映了W火焰锅炉的燃烧特点,模型可用于W火焰锅炉的仿真工程分析。
This paper establishes dynamic mathematical model of W flame boiler furnace. This model corrects the carbon reacting speed model and takes consideration of the affect of dynamic characteristics of quality add energy of gas and furnace pressure to reacting speed. The artificial test shows that the model correctly indicates tbe firing characteristics of W flame boiler and can be used in artificial engineering analysis of W flame boiler.
