Studies on Counter-condition Tolerance of Rhizobium in Xinjiang

摘要 利用根瘤菌-豆科植物共生体固氮是我国农业的传统经验,也是现代农业体系中维持土壤碳氮平衡的一个重要环节,培肥改土的有效途径。然而,根瘤菌-豆科植物共生体只是“固氮潜力”,并不能代表固氮能力。就根瘤菌来说,它的活动还要受到周围环境的影响,所以开发逆性环境中的根瘤菌资源并研究其抗逆特性是提高根瘤菌-豆科植物共生体固氮能力的关键。新疆干旱区环境特殊,豆科植物在农牧业生产、药材生产、土壤改良、防风固沙中起着重要作用,我们从1983年开始。 More than 300 strains of Rhizobium were isolated from 109 specieslegame under 31 genera in Xinjiang. Most of which host were importantlegame. These strains possess various characters: 60% of strains couldresist 3%NaCl,47% of strains could resist4%Nacl, 29% resist 5-6%Nacl.67% of strains could grow at PH4, 85% of strains could grow at PH10,60% at PH4-10. 43% of strains could grow at 43℃, 62% grow at 8℃.treated with 55℃ for 20 Min. 65% of strains still grow, with 60℃ for10 Min. 58% grow or grow well. In addition, 41% of strains could resist500r strptomycin,26% resist 1000r strptomycin. Characteristics of NaCl-resistence, H^+-resistence, high termperature-resistence of these strainsin Xinjiang have not been reported yet in literature. These characters wererelative to high temperature, arid and salinization of soil in Xinjiang.
