摘要
提高材料的表面性能是延长机器零件的使用寿命和发挥材料潜力的重要途径。首先,本文论述了活塞环化学复合镀Ni-P-Si3N4的工艺,分析了搅拌、粉末用量、吸附以及主体金属的沉积速度对微粒共沉积的影响,并基于两步吸附理论导出了微粒化学共沉积的数学模型。其次,分析了镀层在镀态和热处理后的组织结构以及它对镀层硬度和耐磨性的影响。最后,进行了模拟试验、实船装机试验及经济分析。结果表明:活塞环化学复合镀Ni-P-Si3N4是一种值得推广应用的新型工艺方法。
Improving the surface properties of material is an important method that prolongs service life of machine parts and brings out latent potentialities of materials.Firstly,the paper discusses the technology of electroless composite plating Ni P Si 3N 4 on piston ring,and analyses effects of agitation,particle concentration in the bath,adsorption and the rate of main part of deposits on codeposition content of particles in deposite.The author deduces a mathemtical model of codeposition of particle according to two steps adsorption theory.Secondly,the paper analyses and researches into the microstructure and composition of as deposited and heat treated composite coating and its effects on microhardness,wear resistance of composite coating.Thirdly,the author also carries out analogue tests and full scale tests in marine diesel engine and economical analysis.It is proved that electroless composite plating Ni P Si 3N 4 on piston ring is a new technology,which is worth application and dissemination.
