磁共振3DSPIR脂肪抑制技术对膝关节前交叉韧带损伤的诊断价值

摘要 目的:探讨磁共振3DSPIR技术对膝关节前交叉韧带损伤诊断价值。材料与方法:对膝关节损伤拟行手术的病人行术前MRI扫描,50只患膝在常规MRI序列完成后加扫3DSPIR序列。先评估常规MR图像,然后评估3DSPIR图像,评估内容限于ACL完整或撕裂的表现。最后以关节镜检查结果为准,分别计算常规MRI和3DSPIR MRI诊断ACL损伤检出率。结果:常规MRI诊断ACL损伤的检出率为94%,3DSPIR MRI诊断ACL损伤的检出率为98%。结论:3DSPIR技术可以提高前交叉韧带损伤诊断检出率。 Purpose: To investigate the MR technology for 3D SPIR anterior cruciate ligament injury diagnosis. Materials and Methods: The knee injury surgery to patients with the preoperative MRI scan, 50 patients in the conventional knee MRI scan sequence after the completion of 3D SPIR sequence. First assessment of conventional MR images, and then assess the 3DSPIR images to assess the content limited to torn ACL integrity or performance. Finally, the results of arthroscopy in which conventional MRI were calculated and 3D SPIRMRI detection rate of diagnosis of ACL injury. Results: Conventional MRI diagnosis of ACL injury in the detection rate of 94%, 3DSPIR MRI diagnosis of ACL injury in the detection rate of 98%. Conclusion: 3DSPIR technology can improve the diagnosis of anterior cruciate ligament injury detection rate.
