糖尿病足并发大肠埃氏稀菌感染耐药机制的研究

摘要 目的通过对大肠埃希氏菌耐药机制分析,提高糖尿病足患者的治愈率,提供理论依据。结果大肠埃稀氏菌22株,10株携带TEM,2株携带SHV,11株携带CTX-M基因,大肠埃希菌9株携带TEM、CTX-M两种质粒基因。结论大肠埃稀氏菌存在多重耐药性,耐药基因以CTX-M型为主,加强耐药监测,有助于了解本地区细菌的耐药模式,对于及时有效防治疾病,延缓耐药性的发生有重要意义。
