摘要
用作者研制的卡持式传感器和其测试系统在油泵试验台、发动机台架和车辆上对影响喷射系统压力波测量精度的随机因素:高压油管的振动、壁厚和信号重复性分别做了比较和调整试验。在此基础上研究了各因素对测得的喷射系统压力波及其特征值的影响规律和程度,并对如何减轻上述因素对测量结果的影响进行了探讨。
In this paper, the random factors, such as vibration, thickness and signal repeatability of the injection line, which effect the measuring accuracy of the injection pressure wave, have been compared and regulated on the pump test bench, engine test bench and vehicle separately by using a clamp-on transducer and the measuring system. On the basis of these tests, the law and extent of the influence on the measured pressure waves and their characteristic values by these factors have been investigated and the way how to reduce the influence factors on the measured resu1ts has been discussed.
