摘要
电控直列泵-管-阀-嘴(PPVI)柴油喷射系统是在综合各种电控柴油喷射系统特点的基础上形成的对机械式直列泵-管-嘴系统实现电子控制的新型系统,本文分析了电控直列泵-管-阀-嘴柴油喷射系统的结构和工作原理,设计和开发了满足该系统工作要求的控制装置,通过试验验证了电控喷射系统工作的可行性。研究了一些结构和调整参数对系统性能的影响,试验结果表明该新型电控喷射系统具有较好的综合控制性能。
A new kind of electronically controlled fuel injection system——pump pipe valve injector fuel injection system,which is based on summarizing electronic control systems and updates the conventional mechanical pump line nozzle fuel injection systems,is presented in this paper.The structure and operating principle of the system is described.The electronic control devices,which can meet the demands of the system,are developed.This electronic control system is proved to be feasible and have good control characteristics for fuel injection process by experiments.The influence on control characteristics of some structural and adjustable parameters is reported in this paper.
