高职院校办学效益指标体系的构建

Benefit Target System Construction in Higher Vocational Colleges

近年来湖南省高等职业教育快速发展,适应了社会经济发展对人才的需求,但在发展过程中,高职教育资金投入不足和资源利用效率低下等问题一直是制约湖南高职教育可持续发展的瓶颈。本文从高职院校办学效益分析入手,深入探讨了高职院校办学效益指标体系的构建,以求对引导高职教育的办学方向、资源的合理配置、高职教育的可持续发展有所借鉴。

The higher vocational education in Hunan province develops fast in recent years and meets the needs of the talents to which social economy development demanded, but in the courses of the development, the insufficient fund input and the low utilization efficiency of resource of the higher vocational education and some other problems have restricted the education sustainable development in Hunan. This article analyzes the benefits of the higher vocational colleges, probes into the construction of the benefit index system in the colleges thoroughly, then we can draw lessons from the direction leading in running the higher vocational colleges, rational distribution of the resource and the sustainable development of the higher vocational education.
