无领导小组讨论中个人绩效的影响因素——基于性格、价值观和团队经验的研究 被引量:7

摘要 作为模拟团队活动,无领导小组讨论在我国招聘选拔活动中正在逐步推广,然而个人在无领导小组讨论中绩效的影响因素还缺乏关注。基于对124名大学生的问卷调查和21组无领导小组讨论的数据分析表明,性格、价值观和团队经验对无领导小组讨论个人绩效的影响作用较大。结果显示,外向性、水平个人主义与无领导小组讨论个人绩效成倒L关系,神经质和水平集体主义与无领导小组讨论个人绩效分别成倒U型和负相关关系。团队经验有显著的积极调节作用,在丰富的团队经验下,外向型和开放性性格对无领导小组讨论个人绩效有更强的积极作用,而垂直个人主义对无领导小组讨论个人绩效的消极作用减弱。
