摘要
小浪底水轮发电机为立轴半伞式,发电机周边线速度较高,GD2值较大,推力负荷较大,通过适当限制电机直径,增加铁芯长度,使发电机的结构设计达到了合理的尺寸,电磁设计参数也达到了较好的水平。推力轴承、励磁系统、自动化元件达到了国际先进水平。
The hydrogenerator of Xiaolangdi Hydropower Station is a vertical axial semi umbrella type. The linear velocity in the perimeter of the generator is comparatively high, so do the value of GD 2 and the thrust load. Then the diameter of generator is properly limited and the length of the iron core is increased, which makes the structural design of the generator reach the rational dimensions and the design magnetic parameters reach a good level. The thrust bearing, excitation system and automation elements all reach the international advanced level.
