主动脉无冠状窦内成功消融房性心动过速1例

摘要 患者男性，24岁。因阵发性心悸、胸闷8年余，加重1年入院。入院体检：P126次／min，R15次／min．BP105／68mmHg。神志清。心浊音界不大，心律不齐，各听诊区未闻及病理性杂音。两肺呼吸音清。血电解质、肝肾功能、甲状腺功能等检查均正常。X线胸片、超声心动描记术检查未见明显异常。入院时心电图（图1）示阵发性房性心动过速，
