电流模式S形函数神经元电路的实现技术

Realization Technique of Current-mode Sigmoid Function Neuron Circuit

神经元为神经网络的主要构成部分，在电流模式神经元电路的基础上可构成电流模式的神经网络。提出一种利用ＭＯＳ场效应管构成电流型神经元电路的新方法，该电路以处理电流信号变量为主要特征，克服了电压模式电路的许多缺点，电路结构简单实用，仿真研究结果与理想情况吻合较好。

Neural network,constructed by the neuron, Based on the Current-mode neuron Circuit,was studied by using MosFET.The Neuron circuit is very simple in structure.It has the properties processing the variation of current signal and overcomes a lot of drawbacks to the voltage-mode circuit.The simulation result of the neuron circuit coincides well with the ideal characteristics.
