摘要 线性矫正电路是电涡流传感器信号处理电路的重要组成部分,传统的线性矫正电路由于结构简单,只能在比较窄的检测区段内对传感器的信号进行线性化处理,从而限制了涡流传感器的测量范围。本文介绍了一种适用于大量性检测的电涡流传感器线性矫正电路。线性矫正范围可达探头直径的5倍。分析表明,该电路可以在大范围内对非线性信号进行矫正。实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性。 Linearzation circuit is an important part in the signal processing unit for eddy current transducer. Due to its simple structure, traditional linearization circuit in this area can only process non-linear signal in fairly limited range, thus restricting the application of eddy current transducer. A new kind of linearization circuit is introduced in this paper to enlarge the test range for several times as before. The structure of the circuit is analyzed. It is indicated that the circuit can linearize the signal of eddy current transducer in much wider range with perfect stability.Experimental analysis meets the result of theoretical analysis.
