水库饮用水水源地保护规划编制探讨

Planning for the Protection of Reservior Drinking Water Sources

依据我国环境保护法规和水环境保护政策,文章分析研究某水库的现状条件和战略地位,明确该水库的功能定位、水源地保护区;按照饮用水保护要求,合理划定各级保护区范围,研究各级保护区内的经济发展、居民生活条件的改善;提出不同时期的空间利用、基础设施建设、水源涵养林建设规划、环境保护规划等,以达到保护水源、发展经济、改善民生的目标。

According to the environmental protection act and water environmental protection policy in our country, the general situation about a reservior, which is used as the drinking water sources, is analytically studied; the protection areas around the reservior are divided and classified; such planning practices as space utilization, capital construction, water conservation forest planting and environmental protection for these protection areas are introduced in order to finally reach the goal of water sources protection, economic progress and people＇s livelihood improvement.
