合肥经济技术开发区地理信息系统是一个以计算机软硬件为载体、GIS软件为平台、服务于城市建设的应用型技术系统。文章从系统建设目标、总体框架、主要功能、软硬件环境几个方面阐述了系统建设规划,并探讨了系统建设流程,最后分析了系统特点和应用情况。
GIS of HETDA is an applied technology system that serves urban construction, taking computer hardware and software as its carrier and GIS as its platform. The paper presents the plan of the system in terms of the general object and frame, main function and hardware and software environment, discusses the construction process of the system and finally analyzes the features and applied future of the system.
