摘要
当今中国和谐是主旋律,社会和谐氛围中企业和谐是主旋律,企业和谐氛围中科技人才的和谐更是主旋律。市场竞争归根结底是人才的竞争,文章主要对企业中人才管理的现状进行分析和阐述,并就如何在企业内部营造和谐的科技人才环境提出一些建议和看法。
Harmony is theme of China today, among which harmonious enterprises contributes to a harmonious society while the harmony of talents contributes to a harmonious enterprise. Market economy is in essence the competition for its talents. The article mainly analyzes human resource management of the enterprise and puts forward the author＇s view on how to build a harmonious working environment for its talents.
