摘要
目的对中药艾叶(Folium Artemisiae argyi)的化学成分进行分离鉴定。方法采用反复硅胶柱色谱、聚酰胺柱色谱、制备TLC、重结晶等方法进行分离纯化,通过理化常数测定和光谱分析鉴定其化学结构。结果分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为5,7-二羟基-6,3',4'-三甲氧基黄酮(eupatilin,异泽兰黄素,1),5,7,4'-三羟基-6,3'-二甲氧基黄酮(jaceosidin,棕矢车菊素,2),2-羟基苯甲酸(2-hydroxybenzoic acid,3),二十八烷酸(octacosanoic acid,4),蒙花苷(linarin,5)。结论其中,化合物3为首次从本属植物中分离得到,化合物4、5为首次从艾叶中分离得到。
Objective To isolate the constituents of Folium Arternisiae argyi and identify their structures. Methods The compounds were isolated by chromatography on silica gel column,polyamide column chromatography, preparative TLC and recryztallization, and identified on the basis of physico-chemical constants and spectral analysis. Results Five compounds were identified as eupatilin (1) ,jaceosidin(2), 2-hydroxybenzoic acid(3 ), octacosanoic acid( 4 ), linarin (5). Conclusions Compound 3 is first isolated from Artemisia argyi Levi. et Vant. ;compounds 4 and 5 are first isolated from Folium Artemisiae argyi.
