摘要
目的研究西洋参花蕾中非皂苷类化学成分。方法应用大孔树脂柱色谱、正相硅胶柱色谱等手段对西洋参花蕾中非皂苷类成分进行分离纯化,并通过1H-NMR、13C-NMR、ESI-MS、HMBC、HMQC等波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果分离得到了3个核苷类化合物和1个木脂素类化合物,分别鉴定为脱氧尿苷(2′-deoxyuridine,1)、脱氧胸苷(2′-deoxythymidine,2)、阿糖腺苷(vidarabine,3)和松脂素(pinoresinol,4)。结论化合物1-4均为首次从人参属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the non-saponin compounds from the flower buds of Panax quinquefolim L.. Methods Non-saponin compounds from the flower buds of Panax quinquefolim L. were isolated and purified by resin, silica gel and LH20. Their chemical structures were identified on the basis of chemical evidence and spectral data (ESI-MS and NMR). Results Three nucleoside compounds and one lignan compound were isolated from the flower buds of Panax quinquefolium L. , their structure were identified as 2'-deoxyuridine, 2'- deoxythymidine, vidarabine and pinoresinol. Conclusions Compounds 1 4 are obtained from Panax genus for the first time.
