摘要
目的建立高良姜中原儿茶酸的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法。色谱柱为D iamonsilODS C18柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-质量分数为0.05%的磷酸水溶液(体积比为12∶88),流速为1.0 mL.min^-1,检测波长为258 nm,柱温为35℃,进样量为20μL。结果原儿茶酸在0.902-14.432 mg.L^-1内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.2%,RSD=1.8%(n=9)。结论该方法可为高良姜药材质量控制提供新指标。
Objective To develop a HPLC method for the determination of protocatechuic acid in the herbal of Alpinia officinarum Hance from different places. Methods A Diarnonsil C18 column(200 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5μm) was used with a mobile phase consisting of methanol- 0. 05 % (w) phosphoric acid ( V: V = 12: 88 ) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL. min^-1. The detection wavelength was set at 258 nm, and the column temperature was 35℃ Results The liner range for protocatechuic acid was 0. 902- 14. 432 mg.L^-1. The average recovery for protocatechuic acid was 99. 2 % ( RSD = 1.8 %, n = 9). Conclusions The method can be used to control the quality of Alpinia officinarum Hance, which provides the advantages of quickness, simplicity and repeatability.
