摘要
本届大会在传统化疗药物的创新、正常核型AML(CN-AML)分子生物学改变与临床预后关系的研究以及新的靶向药物的开发等方面又有尤为令人振奋的新进展,本文就这方面的内容做一介绍和点评。
The clinical research about acute acute myelocytic leukemia(AML) presented at 2009 ASCO are arising to us, such as the innovation of traditional chemotherapy drugs, the relationship between molecular biology and clinical prognostic, and the development of new target drugs.
