新疆矿产资源开发利用的综合承载力研究

On the Integrated Exploitation Capacity of Mineral Resources in Xinjiang

新疆是我国典型的矿产资源大省区。其矿产资源不仅要保证新疆自身经济发展的需求,重点还在于支持全国经济发展的需求,从目前看,这两种需求都处于增长阶段。但新疆矿产资源究竟有多大承载力?文章认为:第一,新疆矿产资源的综合承载力,总体上是较高的,但各地州又不很均衡;第二,在资源的生态环境承载力、土地资源承载力、水资源承载力和人口承载力四方面,各地州亦差异明显。这就要求在资源开发中始终坚持协调矛盾、合理开发的原则。

Based on the theory of capacity and focusing on the exploitation of mineral resource in Xinjiang in long and short terms, this paper analyses the capacity of exploitation of mineral resource in relation to the economical development, and then thoroughly studies the environmental capacity, land capacity and water capacity during the exploitation of mineral resources. This study defines the sustainable development and exploitation of mineral resource in the integrated system of population, resource and environment.
