利用加氢裂化全馏分尾油生产润滑油和石蜡 被引量:4

Using Hydrocracked Whole-fraction Bottom Oil to Produce Lubricant and Paraffin

摘要 在润滑油老三套装置上进行了两次加工加氢裂化尾油试生产,第二次生产增加了糠醛精制环节。第二次生产尾油蜡含量由43.52%降至17.69%,2%~97%馏分范围比第一次窄35℃,有利于酮苯装置过滤。酮苯脱蜡过滤速度提高12.52kg/(m2·h),去蜡油收率提高18.03%,蜡收率提高2.01%。糠醛精制油收率达到97.55%,颜色小于0.5号。白土加入率控制在2%~3%,成品比色小于0.5号。蒸发损失和紫外吸收未达到加氢基础油质量标准,预计增上减压蒸馏装置和优化加氢裂化操作条件后会得到解决。经加氢异构脱蜡装置二次加氢后,可从根本上解决紫外吸收问题。 This paper studies the methods of producing lubricating oil using hydrocracked bottom oil.Researchers conducted two experiments in an existing lubricating oil production unit.in the second experiment, the researchers added a furfural extractinn process.The content of paraffin in the bottom oil produced in the second experiment dropped to 17.69% from 43.52% and the 2%-97% fraction range is 35℃ narrower than that in the first experiment.This is instrumental to the filtering in the ketone-benzol unit.The deparaffinating and filtering speed of the ketone-benzol unit increased by 12.52kg/(m^2·h),the yield of deparaffinatd oil increased by 18.03% and the yield of paraffin rose by 2.01%.The yield of furfural refined oil reached 97.55% and the color value is lower than 0.5.2%-3% of argil was added and the value of color matching of finished prnducts is less than 0.5%.Evaporation loss and ultraviolet absorption did not meet the specifications for the quality of hydrogenated base oil.This problem is expected to be resolved after a vacuum distillation unit is added and the hydrocracking conditions are optimized.The ultraviolet absorption problem can be resolved through a re-hydrogenation at a hydroisodewaxing unit.
