本文介绍了２４系列的串行ＥＥＰＲＯＭ的总线结构、工作机理、命令及数据方式，并以２４Ｃ０１为例详细介绍了该系列芯片的编程方法。同时，对２４系列的其他芯片也作了较详细的说明。
This article intrduces the bus structure,working mechanism,command and data structure of series 24 EEPROM,shows the programming method of these chips,giving detailed examples of 24C01. Finally,describes the performance of other types of this series.
