摘要
科技查新是科研管理和学术评估的一个重要环节,保证查新工作质量尤为重要。文章结合科技情报部门的查新实际工作,用例证的方法研究了查新内容、查新点、关键词、短期批量查新、工作人员素质、文献资源等因素对查新质量的影响。文章列举和例证及检索策略,对查新工作者和数据检索人员有一定的参考价值。
It counts a lot to guarantee sci-tech novelty retrieval quality, as the retrieva, a new form of sci-tech information services, has played an important role in recent years of sci-tech administration and project evaluation. Based on the realities of the retrieval, the paper discusses empirically the restrictions to retrieval quality in the following aspects： content for retrieval, novelty retrieval points, thematic words, time-limited batch novelty retrieval,document resources, etc. The examples and retrieval strategies contained in the paper may be of referential value to sci-tech novelty or other data retrieval.
