紫外分光光度法测定沙棘油中总类胡萝卜素方法改进 被引量:26

摘要 采用紫外分光光度法对4种不同类型沙棘油的类胡萝卜素含量进行测定,改进经验方法,建立了准确、快速和简便的沙棘油中类胡萝卜素含量测定方法.结果表明,压榨籽油、浸出籽油和果油的紫外.可见光吸收光谱都显示类胡萝卜素特征吸收光谱峰形,特征吸收峰在445—471nm,主峰在445nm,确定的检测波长为445nm.不同类型沙棘油的类胡萝卜素含量变化范围在0.2070—21.07mg/kg,平均值为6.350mg/kg,其中果油的类胡萝卜素含量最高,为21.07mg/kg,其次是压榨籽油、浸出籽油,含量为2.050~2.068mg/ka,类胡萝卜素含量极低的沙棘油为脱色籽油. UV spectrophotometry was applied for determination of total carotenoids from four kinds of seabuckthom oil. An accurate and quick method of determinating carotinoids content in seabuckthom oil was established by improving. The result indicated that the characteristic peaks of carotinoids were shown in UV spectrophotometry of oppression seed oil, immersion seed oil and fruit oil. Peaks were within the range of 445 - 471 nm and UV detection wavelength was set at 445 rim. Carotinoids content were within the range of 0.2070 - 21.0747 mg/kg, and the average was 6.3498 mg/kg. Carotinoids content in fruit oil was 21.0747 mg/kg, which was the highest compared to other oil. In oppression seed oil and immersion seed oil it was within the range of 2.0495 - 2.0682 mg/kg. Carotinoids content was low in decolored seed oil.
