摘要 针对沙曲矿综掘工作面掘进过程中瓦斯频繁超限、易发生煤与瓦斯突出及掘进速度缓慢的难题,提出了深孔预抽、超前抽放钻孔和边掘边抽抽采瓦斯的综合防突技术。现场实践表明,该综合防突技术措施较好地消除了工作面的突出危险,巷道掘进速度提高1倍以上,实现了高瓦斯突出危险煤巷安全快速掘进,缓解了沙曲矿采掘衔接紧张的局面。 In order to solve the tough problems of frequent over concentration of methane content in fully mechanized heading operations in Shaqu Coal Mine, where coal seams are prone to coal/gas outbursts and low rate in heading operation, a comprehensive outburst preventive technology composed of pre--extraction of mine gas from deep boreholes, advance extraction borehole driveage and gas extraction parallel to driving face heading operation is proposed. On--the--site practice indicates that such comprehensive outburst preventive measure almost eliminates the risks of outbursts at faces thus helping double the driving rate or even more. The use of this comprehensive outburst preventive technology realizes safe and rapid coal drift driving operation in coal seams highly prone to gas outbursts hence realizing a smoother and timely preparation of new face for mining operation that follows.
