气力式油菜精量排种器气流场仿真分析 被引量:40

摘要 排种器排种性能直接影响播种机工作质量,为确定气力式油菜精量排种器的结构参数、气流场的运动状况,以ANSYS/CFX为工具,按照正交试验的方法,分别对正压区、负压区气流场进行了仿真研究,并对仿真结果进行了试验验证。研究表明:排种盘型孔数量是影响气流场和排种质量的重要因素;排种盘型孔数量为25时,负压区型孔压强为-754 Pa,排种器合格指数达94.2%。 Metering device capability directly influences define the mechanical structure parameters and the the performance of rapeseed planter. In order to movement of air current in the pneumatic precision metering device, simulation research was respectively made on air current under positive and negative pressure with orthogonal method and ANSYS/CFX tools, and the research result was also validated by the experiment. The research shows that the quantity of holes in metering device disc is the pivotal factor of influcing the air current and seeding quality. When the quantity of hole is 25 and the pressure of hole in negative pressing area is - 754 Pa, the seeding eligible index is 94.2 %.
