摘要
介绍用三辛胺萃取剂回收石油酸废水中环烷酸的工艺流程、萃取设备和工业试验结果。试验结果表明，废水中的化学耗氧物质去除率达到９０％以上，回收的环烷酸经进一步处理后可以利用。该技术在齐鲁石化公司胜利炼油厂应用成功。
Refinery waste water treating was tested with an annular centrifugal extractor for naphthenic acid recovery in Shengli Refinery of Qilu Petrochemical Company. The removal rate of COD material exceeded 90% with trioctylamine as extractive solvent. The flow scheme, extractive equipment and test result are introduced.
