摘要
介绍一种串联饱和型白光LED照明恒流驱动芯片的设计,电路包括带隙基准电压源、反馈电路、电流传感取样电路、LDO电路、大功率驱动电路五部分。
A monolithic constant current 3W white LEDs driver integrated circuit is proposed. This integrated circuit consists of a bandgap reference, sample-feedback control circuit, output buffers, power NMOS and LDO regulator.
