摘要
采用外压管式聚丙烯腈(PAN)超滤膜对含乳化油污水进行分离,由实验结果拟合出模型参数,建立了对含乳化油污水进行处理的数学模型。用模型进行通量预测,并结合实验结果对渗透通量的控制因素进行了分析。结果表明,当操作压力大于0.2MPa及料液中乳化油浓度≥3g/L时,膜面已形成凝胶层;当压力较低或浓度不大时,渗透通量受浓差极化渗透压的控制。
Mathematical models are developed for treatment of wastewater containing emulsive oil with the method of outside pressure tubular ultrafiltration membranes. The parameters were obtained on the basis of experimental data. On the basis of predicted flux values and experimental data, the controlling factors of osmotic flux were analyzed. The result showed that the gel layer formed on the surface of membrane when the bulk concentration was more than 3 g/L and the pressure difference exceeded 0.2 MPa. When the pressure and bulk concentration are low, osmotic flux was controlled by concentration polarization osmotic pressure. The results from the model coincided well with the experimental data.
