摘要
采用6 Sigma方法的试验设计(DOE)工具,筛选出发动机曲轴感应淬火的关键因子。通过响应优化模型和线性回归方法优化工艺参数,使曲轴感应淬火有效硬化层深值得到提高。
The key factors on crankshaft induction hardening were screened out by design of experiment (DOE)based on 6 Sigma tool. The effective hardening depth of the crankshaft was increased by optimizing the response optimization model and linear regression model.
