甘蔗糖厂酒精废醪提取食用色素的研究

Study on the Extracting Edible Pigment from Waste Undecanted Wine of Sugar Mill

采用树脂法从酒精废醪中提取食用色素。１ｍ３废醪可提取１０ｋｇ焦糖色素和２５ｋｇ甘蔗黄色素，产品质量分别达到ＧＢ８８１７—８８和ＧＢ５１７６—８５标准，同时排放废水的ＣＯＤ由１０～１４万ｍｇ／Ｌ降至１万ｍｇ／Ｌ左右，ｐＨ值由４５～５０升至７左右。

Resin method is adopted to extract edible pigment from waste undecanted wine.It can get 10 kg burnt sugar pigment and 2.5 kg yellow sugarcane pigment in 1 m 3 waste undecanted wine.The quality of the product comes up to GB 8817—88 and GB 5176—85 respectively.The COD of waste water decreases from 100000～140000mg/L to about 10000 mg/L,and pH increases from 4.5～5.0 to about 7.
