摘要
采用空气吹脱法脱除合成革厂废水中的甲胺类化合物。优化出最佳工艺条件,即碱液浓度为0.5mol/L,温度为80°C,吹脱时间为3h,气液比为3500m^3/m^3,喷淋强度为3.0m^3·m^(-2)·h^(-1)。在该条件下甲胺类的去除率高达95%以上,使废水中甲胺类的含量低于50mg/L以下。而对吹脱出的甲胺类用硫酸吸收又得到有用的铵盐。
Air stripping method was used to remove methylamines in wastewater from synthetic leather plant. The optimal conditions for the stripping process is as follows: lye concentration is 0.5mol/L, temperature is 80℃ , stripping time is 3h, gas - liquid ratio is 3 500m^3/m^3 and spraying intensity is 3.0m^3 · m^-2 · h^-1. The removal rate of methylamines was higher than 95% under above conditions, so that the methylamines content in effluent was less than 50mg/L. The methylamines recovered from wastewater were absorbed by sulfuric acid to produce useful ammonium sulfate.
