人乳腺癌组织VEGF-A与c-erbB-2和p53及PCNA表达的相关性研究 被引量:2

Expression of vascular endothelial growth factor A in human breast cancer and its correlation with c-erbB-2,p53 and PCNA

摘要 目的:探讨乳腺癌组织VEGF-A在转录水平上的表达情况及与癌基因c-erbB-2、p53和PCNA之间的关系。方法:应用分子原位杂交技术检测102例乳腺组织中VEGF-A mRNA的表达水平,应用免疫组织化学方法检测c-erbB-2、p53和PCNA蛋白表达水平。结果:乳腺癌组织VEGF-A mR-NA阳性表达率为63.7%(65/102),与肿瘤大小和淋巴结转移数目有关(χ2=7.982,P=0.018;χ2=18.651,P=0.000);VEGF-A mR-NA的表达与c-erbB-2和p53的表达呈正相关(χ2=10.137,P=0.001;χ2=7.993,P=0.005),与PCNA的表达无显著性相关(χ2=0.102,P=0.750)。结论:VEGF-A mRNA的高表达可能与乳腺癌的恶性程度和临床分期有关,且与c-erbB-2和p53的联合检测对指导乳腺癌治疗可能有重要意义。 OBJECTIVE: To discuss the transcription level of VEGF-A in human breast cancer tissue, and explore its correlation with the expressions of c-erbB-2, p53 and PCNA. METHODS: The expression of VEGF-A mRNA was assessed by hybridization in situ in 102 cases of human breast cancer. The expressions of c-erbB-2, p53 and PCNA were assessed by immunohistochemistry. RESULTS: The positive rate of VEGF-A mRNA was 63. 7% (65/102), which correlated with tumor size, status of lymph node (Χ^2=7.982, P=0.018;Χ^2=18. 651, P=0.000). The expressions of VEGF-A mRNA had a positive correlation with the expressions of c-erbB-2 and p53 (Χ^2= 10. 137, P= 0.001;Χ^2=7. 993, P=0. 005), but not with the expression of PCNA (Χ^ 2=0. 102, P=0.750). CONCLUSIONS: The high-expression of VEGFA has a significant correlation with the malignancy level and clinical stage of breast cancer. The combined detection of VEGF-A and c erbB-2, p53 may guide the therapy of patients with breast cancer.
