摘要
将工艺规划和调度集成考虑是现代制造业中的一个重要环节。然而,这种条件下的优化必须要面对过多的约束条件,大量无效解的存在导致了传统的优化算法在实现上存在着很大的困难。针对这些问题,文章提出了引入免疫克隆算子简化求解过程,减少过多无效解带来无谓的计算时间消耗,同时考虑到克隆算子工作机理,引入混沌变量加载于算法的个体复制过程中,逐步对混沌变量进行微小扰动以调节搜索范围,明显的增加了克隆算法的群体多样性。将新设计的混沌克隆算子应用到工艺规划与调度的集成优化问题中,试验结果表明,该算法工艺成效显著且稳定,说明算法有应用到类似问题上的潜力。
To integrate of process planning and scheduling is very important in the modem manufacturing system. However, classical intellect algorithms are powerless in the face of excessive constraint conditions because of a mass of ineffectiveness solutions in the optimization problem of process planning and scheduling. Aiming at solving those problems, the immune clone algorithm was used in order to simplified the solution procedure and reduce meaningless computing time because of a mass of ineffectiveness solutions. At the same time, the clone operator mechanism was concentrated on. Chaos variable was used in the process of making multiple identical copies of population. A tiny disturbance was added to this chaos variable. The search space always changes because the disturbance amplitude is adjusted step by step, which greatly improves the colony diversity of clone algorithm. In optimization problem of the process planning and scheduling, the novel Chaos Clone was utilized. The experimental results prove the algorithm to be great effective and steady. So the designed algorithm is potential in solving the similar problems.
