摘要 提出一种基于多尺度分析的虚拟植物分枝结构三维自动重建方法。首先建立控制分枝结构生长的二维层次自动机模型。对同种植物不同植株生长单元和叶元两级组织的形态和几何数据进行采样,用隐马尔可夫树分析生长单元的统计特征及转移关系,隐状态标记具有不同统计特征的各类生长单元,并采用半马尔可夫链描述产生各类生长单元的叶元序列。多尺度分析结果作为二维层次自动机模型的参数,自动控制三维重建过程。仿真实验表明本方法能够较真实地自动重建同种植物分枝结构的三维模型,能满足虚拟农业实验室的植物建模需求。 A multiscales analysis based approach to reconstruct 3D plant branching structure automatically for virtual plants was proposed. Initially, the Two Dimensional Hierarchical Automata (2DHA) responsible for plant branching structure development control was built. Secondly, the morphological and geometrical sampling data was taken from several trees belonging to the same species on the scale of growth unit (GU) and metamer, respectively. And then, GUs statistical properties and relations were analyzed by utilizing hidden markov tree model (HMT), for specific type of GU, the semimarkov chain model (SMC) was also employed to characterize metamer sequence. The result of multiscales analysis mentioned above acts as parameters of 2DHA to automatically control 3-D reconstruction procedure. Finally, the Matlabbased simulation experiment was implemented on IBM xSeries 346, which could recur plant branching structure in 3-D graphics for the same species meeting the requirement of plant modeling in virtual agricultural laboratory.
