准球形爆炸成形弹丸形成过程的仿真计算与实验验证 被引量:4

摘要 利用仿真计算和脉冲X光摄影实验相结合的方法研究了准球形爆炸成形弹丸的形成过程。通过对不同药型罩外曲率半径、壁厚参数的正交仿真计算,获得了形成准球形爆炸成形弹丸的结构参数,并根据动能最大准则确定了准球形爆炸成形弹丸的优化方案。数值仿真结果与实验结果吻合较好。研究结果对准球形爆炸成形弹丸的应用和工程设计有一定的指导意义。 The formation process of quasi-spheral explosively formed penetrator was analysed with AUTODYN-2D software and pulse X-ray photograph experiments, Structure parameters which forming quasi-spheral explosively formed penetrator were obtained by numerical simulation of different outer curvature radius parameters and thickness of liner parameters. Based on the rule of maximum kinetic energy, optimization structure of explorely formed penetrator was obtained. The results of numerical simulation are agreed with pulse X-ray photograph experiments. The conclusions and the results from numerical simulation and experiments are useful to the application and the design of explorely formed penetrator.
