图书馆网站质量评价的新方法及计算机实现

New Method for the Evaluation of the Quality of Library Website & Its Computer Implementation

利用熵权对主观权重进行调整是一种行之有效的方法,但该方法在实际应用中存在计算量较大和算法有时不可行的弊端。本文在研究现有文献的基础上,利用一个新的函数对熵权加以改进,提出了图书馆网站拟熵权模糊综合评判法。最后,利用拟熵权和熵权两种赋权法对图书馆网站进行模糊综合评判,并编制了MATLAB程序求解,使得该方法更具实用性。结果表明,拟熵权法不仅克服了熵权法的上述缺点,而且计算结果的隶属度较高。

Using the entropy weight to modify the subjective weight is an effective way, but it has the shortcomings of large computation ioad and sometimes infeasible algorithm in practical use. Based on the study of the existing literatures, this paper uses a new function to improve the entropy weight and proposes a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of library Website with quasi-entropy weight. Finally, the paper uses the quasi-entropy weight method and the entropy weight method to make fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of library Website, and compiles the MATLAB program to find the solution, which makes the method more practicable. The result shows that the quasi-entropy weight method not only overcomes the above-mentioned shortcomings of the entropy weight method, but improves the precision of the calculation results.
