摘要
本文评述了SWOT模型改进的有关观点,采用动态经济学的思想,将德尔菲法、层次分析法引入到SWOT分析中,建立动态补充模型,并在此基础上构建SWOT分析辅助决策支持系统,从而提高SWOT分析方法的效用。
This article reviews the viewpoints on the improvement of SWOT model, and by the use of the ideology of dynamic economics, introduces Delphi method and AHP method into SWOT analysis. The article establishes a dynamic supplement model, and based on this, constructs an assistant decision support system for SWOT analysis in an attempt to increase the usefulness of SWOT analysis method.
