Nursing of Spiral CT Enhanced Scanning

目的:总结104例患者强化扫描的经验,研究在强化扫描中临床护理的作用;方法:分析我院2006年9月～2008年9月104例强化扫描患者的资料;结果:成功100例,失败4例,其中血管严重渗漏1例,荨麻疹2例,因心情紧张出现心慌憋气1例,均终止强化扫描;结论:造影前的准备工作对造影是否成功至关重要,必须认真做好造影前的准备,严格掌握禁忌证,准备必要的过敏抢救药品及物品。在造影过程中护理人员必须保持高度责任心和警惕性,认真观察患者情况,随时妥善处理出现的各种问题,为保证强化扫描的顺利进行,必须做好强化前、中、后的临床护理及心理护理。

Objective：Summarize 104 cases of Enhanced Scanning and research on the function of nursing in Enhanced Scanning.Methods：Analyze 104 cases of Enhanced Scanning between September 2006 and September 2008 in my hospital.Results：100 cases were successful while 4 cases failed including one case with severe linking of blood vessels,2 cases of urticaria and one suffering breathing obstruction because of nervousness.All of the 4 led to the termination of scanning.Conclusion：Preparation work for radiography is vital.We need to fully prepare before radlography,strictly master contraindication and store necessary medicines for allergy.During the radlography,staff should be highly responslble and alert and carefully follow the condition of patients.preparing for anything unexpected.In order to guarantee the smoothness of scanning,it is needed to prepare clinical care and psychological nursing before in the middle and after the scanning.
