摘要 为了监测矿井通风状况,开发了一个基于CAN总线的矿井通风实时监测系统。介绍了该系统的上下位机的体系结构、监测单元的硬件组成以及软件设计。设计了RS232与CAN的转换接口电路,实现了上下位机的通信;针对不同监测节点,采用了节点监测量的多种方位采样方法,提高了监测的准确性。试验结果表明,该系统实现了分布式大规模节点通风参数的实时监测,监测准确、系统结构简单、操作灵活,很好的满足了煤矿安全生产的需要。 The real-time monitoring system based on CAN bus is realized, which could be used for monitoring coalmine ventilation condition. Overall structure, software and hardware composition are depicted. Network communication application between upper and lower computer is designed by interface circuit. For different monitoring node, multi-direction sampling method is used to improve the monitoring accuracy. At last, the coalmine ventilation monitoring system is applied to coal mine production. The practical application indicates that, the proposed system succeeded in mass and remote monitoring, and the system can run reliably and easy to be operated, as well as satisfy requirements of coal mine production.
