金融危机下劳动关系新变化与工会应对策略研究

On Labor Relations and Trade Union's Strategy under the Financial Crisis

受国际金融危机的影响,我国企业劳动关系出现了一些新的变化。面对新变化,工会在推进企业和谐劳动关系建设,促进企业和谐发展、维护职工就业权、实现职工体面劳动中的任务特别艰巨。在"保增长、保民生、保稳定"大局中,各级工会应当充分发挥大学校作用。

Under the international financial crisis, there are some new changes of labor relations in enterprises in China. Trade union＇ s duty is very arduous to build up harmonious labor relations, to enhance harmonious development of enterprises, to protect labor right to employment and to realize decent work of workers and staff. In order to ensure growth, to safeguard people＇s livelihood and to maintain stability, trade union must give full play to its role of large school.
