社会保障基金是社会保障制度的经济基础,是维持社会保障体系的核心要素。我国社会保障制度尤其是社会保障基金监管体制还有很多有待完善的地方,这就需要我们认真查找问题的症结之所在,并借鉴国外先进的立法经验,提出完善的解决对策,确保社会保障制度不断完善。

Social security fund is the economic foundation of the social security system and the core of maintain the social security system. China＇ s social security system, especially the social security fund supervision system need to be improved in many areas. It requires us to find out the crux of the problem and to use the advanced foreign legislative experiences for reference, to put forwards perfect solution to ensure the sustainable development of social security system.
