喉癌组织中CD146表达与微血管和淋巴管计数的关系

摘要
CDl46(anti—adhesion molecule)是一种单链跨膜糖蛋白,属于免疫球蛋白超家族成员。近年近发现CD146表达水平与恶性肿瘤进展、肿瘤血管生成、转移发生及预后密切相关。肿瘤组织微血管(microvessel,MV)密度和淋巴管(lymph vessel,LV)密度是判断恶性肿瘤进展、转移或复发及预后的客观指标,其意义可能仅次于淋巴结转移。采用EnVision和SP免疫组化法研究喉鳞状细胞癌(简称喉癌)组织中CD146表达水平及MV和LV计数,探讨它们的临床病理意义及在喉癌中相互关系。
