鼻喷糖皮质激素治疗成人分泌性中耳炎 被引量：6

摘要 分泌性中耳炎（secretory otitis media，SOM）是以不伴有急性中耳炎症状与体征的中耳积液及听力减退为主要特征的中耳非化脓性炎性疾病，发病机制不甚明确，现临床上大多采用药物、鼓室穿刺注药、鼓膜置管等治疗，但后两者又有继发感染，鼓膜及鼓室硬化等并发症，故首先采用药物治疗，包括抗生素，口服糖皮质激素，黏液促排剂等，我科在此治疗的基础上加用鼻喷糖皮质激素治疗本病，取得满意效果，现报道如下。
