精神病专科医院护士生存质量及影响因素调查

The status and influencing factors of quality of life in psychiatric nurses

目的了解精神病专科医院护士生存质量状况及影响因素。方法采用世界卫生组织生存质量量表(WHOQOL-100)和自设问卷对新疆某精神病专科医院71名护士的生存质量进行问卷调查。结果精神病专科医院护士的生存质量中生理、心理、环境、社会、独立性领域得分均低于常模(P<0.01);多元逐步回归分析显示:社会价值、工作场所暴力、薪酬待遇是影响精神病专科医院护士生存质量的重要因素(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论应采取相应措施来提高精神病专科医院护士的生存质量。

Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of quality of life in psychiatric nurses. Method A total of 71 nurses in a psychiatric hospital in Xingjiang Autonomous Region were recruited and investigated with WHO Quality of Life Scale （WHOQOL）. Results The scores of physiological,psychological,environmental,social and independent domains were all significantly lower than the norm （P 〈 0.01 ）. The muhiple stepwise regression analysis revealed that social value,workplace violence, salary and welfare were the influencing factors of quality of life （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion It is suggested to take effective measures to improve nurses＇ quality of life in psychiatric hospitals.
