随着天津港施工项目的迅猛增加,大量工程驳船进入天津港水域,给天津港水域大型船舶航行带来安全隐患。分析了天津港水域工程驳船的现状和习惯航法,提出了基于VTS中心监控水域可提供连续的监控录象、VHF录音,对工程驳船的协议避让和不能建立协议避让的情况下的避碰方法。
