摘要
本文分析了建立高等学校科研创新团队的必要性和意义，并针对建立科研创新团队应注意的问题进行了分析，结合高校的实际情况给出了自己的见解。
This paper analyzes the necessity and significance of some concerning problems in terms of establishing new scientific research and innovation team in colleges and universities. Personal perspectives in accordance with the actual situation in colleges and universities are also presented as well.
