指导本科生从事科学研究的尝试、经验与探讨

Attempt ,Experience and Exploration on Guiding Und ergraduate Students to Engage in Scientific Research

加强对本科生科研素质的培养是各类高等院校创新性教学工作的重中之重，这既可以激发本科生对于科学研究工作的兴趣，又可以提高本科生专业素质和培养良好的研学习惯，为以后进一步深造和升级知识储备打下了更加坚实的基础。文章结合笔者自身的教学实践和经历，对本科生从事科学研究工作的情况、特点及前景进行了分析和探讨。同时，对于如何促进更多优秀的本科生投身科研工作提出了引导性建议。

Enhancing the quality of scientific research of and the cultivation of undergraduate students is the most important task in term of innovative teaching in all kinds of in colleges and universities, which not only stimulates undergraduates to take interest in scientific research work, but also improves the professional quality of undergraduates and develops good study habits to lay a more solid foundation for further studies and knowledge-upgrading. Based on the author＇s own teaching practice and experience, an analysis and discussion on the situation and characteristics of engagement of undergraduates in scientific research work are made in this paper. Meanwhile, it provides leading suggestion for undergraduate dedicating to scientific research work.
