"Public relations consulting" are the important functions of public relations by the organization of "mouthpiece" up for the organization of "brain" which forms competitive advantage of professional public relations firm. Public relations consulting business become urgent and important in China - ASEAN Free Trade Area that are of great theoretical and practical significance in regional economic development and talent cultivation.
